What’s included in the property profile report report package?

Previous liens and transfers, Comparable sales in the area (includes chart of sales data), Flood reports, Tax delinquencies, Property tax, Assessed value, EPA violations (report content is subject to availability).

How long does it take for me to receive my property information package?

It usually takes 5-21 business days for you to receive the package.

Is my Credit Card information safe on this website?

Yes. We use the latest SSL security on our site to protect credit card information.

Do you work for the county?

No, we are a private company providing a service. We have no affilation with your county or any government agency.

Why am I receiving a letter from Nevada?

We are a nationwide company and our processing center is located in Nevada.

Can I get a refund?

We have a 30 day refund policy. You can contact us to process a refund.

The information on my letter is incorrect?

There may be a multiple reasons why the information may be incorrect and it could as simple as a clerical error, all data on the letter is pulled from public record so it is also possible a property record was recorded incorrectly (that is one of the main reasons why we recommend using our service to get a complete spectrum of your property records) and we do know this can cause great concern. Please call our office our representatives will be happy assist you with any question or concerns you may have.

I haven’t received my property information package. What should I do?

Give us a call during business hours and we will track your package or send you another.

I am not interested. Do I still have to pay?

No, if you are not interested you do not have to pay. This is only if you would like to use our service to provide you with a property profile report, plat map and complimentary grant deed.

If I just placed an order and now want to cancel how do I do that?

Canceling your order is easy just give us a call and we will cancel your order.

Why do I only get a copy of my deed not the original?

Most of the time the original stays at the county office. The situation where you may get the original is if your title company, lawyer or county, records the deed electronically and hands or sends you the original after recording.

Why Can't I get these documents at the county?

Your deed is always available at the county and it does state that on our letter, however the property profile report is not. It is a proprietary report our company compiles specifically for your property including previous liens, transfers, comparable sales, flood reports and more.

Is this a scam?

Absolutely not, we provide a service for home owners which includes compiling a proprietary property profile report as well as assisting home owners with other important information and documents.

What is the response date on the letter?

This is the date we would like you to respond by. We can only retain data for so long because of the costs so we ask that you respond by a certain date to keep the cost of data storage to a minimum.
